At MillieeMonae, we are committed to delivering your hair products quickly, safely, and with care. Please review our shipping guidelines below.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another notification with tracking information once your package has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer Standard Shipping ( 5-10 usiness days) and Express Shipping (3-7 business days) options at checkout. • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and delivery location.
Domestic & International Shipping
Domestic (U.S.) Shipping: Available nationwide.
International Shipping
We currently ship worldwide. Please note international customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or fees charged by their country.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. • Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Delays & Issues
MillieeMonae is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect addresses, or customs clearance.
Important Info
If your package is marked “delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact your local carrier first, then reach out to us at support@millieemonae.com.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
For lost packages, we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue, but refunds/replacements will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for express orders.

Please read our return and refund guidelines below.
All Sales Are Final (Hair Extensions & Wigs)
For hygiene and safety reasons, all hair extensions, wigs, and hair care products are final sale.
We do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been opened, worn, or altered.
Eligible Returns (Other Items) We only accept returns if:
The item arrived defective or damaged.
You received the wrong item.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
Return Process
1. Contact us at support@millieemonae.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
2. Once approved, we’ll provide a return authorization and instructions.
3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item was defective or incorrect).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Important Notes
Unauthorized returns (without prior email approval) will not be accepted.
MillieeMonae reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy guidelines.
